Sunday creates branded merchandise that employees, customers, and fans love to wear - even on a Sunday. This enables them to connect on a deeper level with each other and with a brand, turning them into true ambassadors. To find out what impact company-branded clothing has on employees, Sunday turned to Sapience.
Methodology
For this research, we relied on survey methodology to uncover employees’ subjective impressions of wearing company-branded clothing. The study was conducted at one of the largest Belgian companies.
Results
Through this study, we uncovered interesting effects of wearing company-branded clothing:
✅ More than 80% of people wearing the branded clothes were proactively addressed by several others. The feedback they received was almost exclusively positive.
✅ Employees who wore branded clothing showed significantly higher levels of engagement. This was indicated by higher scores on items related to ambassadorship, passion for the job, loyalty to the company, and other similar metrics.
